Customer: The person who views this website and/or purchases Catherine Hammerton goods/ products.
Contract: The contract between Catherine Hammerton and the Customer.
Catherine Hammerton reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Description of goods
Visual representations and descriptions on www.catherinehammertonshop.com are as accurate as possible. However as many of the items in the Catherine Hammerton range are hand printed and/ or embellished, fabrics and and trims will vary from those shown.
Payment
All prices shown on www.catherinehammertonshop.com is in Pounds Sterling (GBP). These prices may vary slightly from other stockists.
All online payments are processed by PayPal. Catherine Hammerton does not store any of your credit card details on the website.
Catherine Hammerton also accepts cheques. If this is your preferred method of payment, please send your order by email to info@catherinehammerton.com, posting your cheque to:

All cheques must be made payable to Catherine Hammerton with your cheque card guarantee number on the reverse.
Payment must be received from the Customer in full before despatch of goods, unless otherwise agreed with Catherine Hammerton.
Stock Availability
All goods are sold subject to availability.
Bespoke wallpapers and textiles that are handmade to order can take up to 6 weeks to produce, pending quantity. If in doubt or if your order is urgent please email info@catherinehammerton.com
Ready to wear wallpapers and soft furnishings are usually in stock. If an item is out of stock the Customer will be emailed within 5 working days of placing their order to establish a reasonable dispatch date.
Delivery
Delivery charges will be added to the Customer's order total, or as quoted. Delivery will normally be made by Royal Mail post or a registered courier. Delivery on all orders is ex-works.
Catherine Hammerton will never knowingly dispatch damaged or faulty products. Should you receive goods that have been damaged in transit please deal with the carrier where possible. Retain all relevant information and never sign for a damaged package unless you clearly state, on the delivery note, the condition it has arrived in. If there is any shortage in delivery or damage to goods during transit, this should be notified to Catherine Hammerton within 48 hours receipt of delivery.
The goods will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer and the Customer must ensure that address details which they provide are accurate. Catherine Hammerton cannot be held responsible for lost working time or any associated costs in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed, incorrect, damaged or faulty.
Returns
No goods can be returned without prior arrangement. Refunds are strictly limited to the replacement of faulty goods.
Please note that the Customer should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging, ensuring that papers are from the same batch number. The Customer should only hang 2 drops before reporting a fault and should contact Catherine Hammerton immediately if a fault is found.
All Products are believed by Catherine Hammerton to be of a quality suitable for the purpose for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to Catherine Hammerton immediately.
Hanging instructions will be provided with wallpapers upon request. Any technical information in response to enquiry is given by Catherine Hammerton in good faith. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the Customer to satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the product, with regard to their own particular situation and site conditions unknown to Catherine Hammerton.
The liability of Catherine Hammerton will not exceed the value of the products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.
Duties & taxes
The Customer is responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. Catherine Hammerton accepts no responsibility for any delay in clearing the products at customs.
Law
Any contract between Catherine Hammerton and the Customer will be governed and constructed according to English Law and each party hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
